- To set your own cultural understanding in relation to other cultural understanding
- To strengthen the leader’s ability to navigate and adapt communication and managing style with respect to the cultural diversity there is in his/her unit
- To focus on how to understand and manage the diverse cultural background of employees in order to foster collaboration and innovation
